Unalome: A blog dedicated to understanding mental health.
Welcome to Unalome Blog! I’m Ava, and I’m thrilled to have you here. I want to start by being transparent: I’m not a mental health professional at this moment. My background is a bachelor of arts degree in psychology and I’m working towards a Master’s/Doctorate in Clinical Psychology to make an impact on a different level. I am motivated to create this safe space to share my passion for mental health awareness.
While I aim to offer valuable and supportive content, this blog is not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you or someone you know is experiencing mental health challenges, I strongly encourage seeking guidance from a licensed mental health professional.
